Our fees are published, fixed and the same whoever you see. Pay as you go, or subscribe monthly. Medication is never included in our fees, marked up, or sold by us — you pay your pharmacy directly, at the pharmacy's price.
In-person consultations — Dublin & Letterkenny

Email reviews suit patients on a stable dose with side effects under control; a consultation with your doctor is still needed every three months.
Monthly subscription — pay as you go, or subscribe

Your initial consultation is charged at the rates above. From then on you can choose the monthly subscription which includes monthly medical appointments (in person, video or e-mail) plus one dietetic review at 3-6 months.

The cost of medication
We don't sell medication, so there is nothing to add to the fees above — if treatment is prescribed, you pay your chosen pharmacy directly, at the pharmacy's price. Costs vary with the treatment and dose that's right for you, so your consultant will take you through the typical monthly costs at your consultation, before you decide anything.
