Face-to-face care matters to a lot of people, and we've built the practice around that choice. Our main clinic is in central Dublin, with a second clinic in Letterkenny serving Donegal and the north-west. The same Consultant Endocrinologists you'd see on a video call see patients at both.

What happens at an in-person consultation
30 minutes · €140 initial or follow-up
Your first visit is a 30-minute, unhurried conversation with a Consultant Endocrinologist. We'll go through your medical history, your previous attempts at weight loss, and any conditions connected to your weight. You'll get an honest view of whether medical treatment is appropriate — and if it is, a clear explanation of the options, the likely costs, and what the first months look like. If treatment isn't right for you, we'll tell you that too.
In-person consultations are €140, for both initial and follow-up visits. There's nothing to prepare beyond a short medical questionnaire we'll send you when you book.
Prefer not to travel?
Everything we do in clinic we can also do by secure video, from anywhere in Ireland, at €120 per consultation. Many patients mix the two — an in-person first visit, then video follow-ups.
